We are Dentists of Kenwood

In my opinion, the entire staff at Dentists of Kenwood are nothing short of excellent. I'm disabled and on Medicare. I was in search for an endodontist to do a root canal that my current dentist does not do. I'd called several dentist offices and none accepted my insurance. I was down to the last dentist office on the list my insurance company had provided me. I called Dentists of Kenwood and explained my situation and told them what all the previous offices had told me. My first interaction by phone was taken by Tanesha, sorry for the spelling, and she took the time to run my insurance and to find that yes, they did accept my insurance and wondered why all the others would not. After a brief conversation I said that I needed a couple of days to think on rather or not to schedule, only because of the endodontists availability. I did call back again a couple of days later and spoke with Noah, who was also very professional, to schedule for the root canal. He explained that I would need to be seen first for a consult to get xrays and to see what exactly the root canal would entail. My first appointment was with Dr Ly who in my opinion was fantastic. He did a thorough exam and explained everything in detail what needed to be done. He explained that the he could do the rot Canaan himself and that I wouldn't need the specialist they have that only comes once a month to do difficult and more complex root canals. I agreed to have Dr Ly do the root canal the following Tuesday. Before scheduling he had the financial manager come in to explain everything that would be done what the insurance would cover, and my out of pocket cost. I believe her name was, Bobbie. She also explained that after the root canal that they could do the crown the same day and that they were done right there in the office to where you don't have to come back a week or so later to have the permanent crown put in. The procedure itself was nothing like I've heard nightmare stories about. There wasn't much pain and certainly very little the next day. I also like to mention the dental assistant Conner, was also top notch. My experience at the Dentists of Kenwood was so good that I'm seriously considering switching my dental care there, even though I really like my current dentist and have been going to them for nearly 15 years. Thank you so much to the entire staff at the Dentists of Kenwood, y'all should be very proud of the excellent service that you provide.

I recently visited Dentists of Kenwood for my first appointment, and I had a great experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Thank you, Noah, for taking care of me. Dr. Archana provided excellent care and was very helpful in addressing and clarifying all my questions. I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. I highly recommend them!

Everyone is very kind, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them and will return again.
